Led core TMO consisting of over 18 work-streams led by chief executives through the complex mechanics of our divestiture, eliminating operational redundancies, identifying design efficiencies, org consolidation and reducing overall operating costs.

Drove all underlying major transformative projects in conjunction with establishing WYN.D as an independent publicly traded entity. Including establishing and successfully closing over a dozen transition services agreements.

Successful Implementation of CRM optimization programs supporting organizational transformation within sales and marketing functions, partnering with our Marketing Department to deploy new direct to market offerings, as well as new products in our integrated payments space.

Team delivered 3 major CRM overhaul programs in the 2 quarters, which not only streamlined our core systems architecture, but delivered improved experiences for our sales, marketing and customer success functions, while enabling the delivery of system supported new products and services to our Partners & Merchants.

The CRM doesn’t just care for our S/M functions, it’s a full customer management tool and customer lifecycle ecosystem with integrated touch points from prospect first contact, all the way through implementation and customer support.

This was an end to end process reengineering to improve overall customer experience quality, on boarding workflows, approval speed, operating processes and increased application experience.

GMB Powerline Services LLC

11 month consulting project, focused on driving strategic business growth, expanding Business Development capabilities, assessing organizational transformation opportunities, investment partnerships, and providing Executive coaching to current Leadership Team.

Worked side by side with the Owner and CEO in identifying the required human capital (org design), standard operating procedures (industrial engineering) and technology infrastructure investments required to support rapid growth, scalability and long term sustainability.
